Supply Chain:-
We realize the need to protect the integrity of the entire supply chain in order to prevent the introduction of risk that has not been manifested. Security issues commence from point of origin and not at the point of distribution. Protection can be achieved through long-term undercover investigations and 'high tech' surveillance to identify organized crime and smuggling operations.

Port Facilities:-
Adroit will identify security measures aimed at minimizing exploitation or disruption of maritime trade and the underlying infrastructure and processes that support it. The challenge stems from inadequate security and the monitoring of the vast and rapidly increasing volume of cargo and vessels. A port security review would be conducted accordance with the guidelines stipulated in the Port Vulnerability Assessment.

Container and Cargo Security:-
Adroit will identify the various challenges presented by bulk materials, consolidated shipments, factory loaded consignments, container security, seal security, documentation and manifests. The issues warranting container inspection must be addressed as early as possible in the transportation process.

Shipping:-
We have conducted work with many companies to protect assets from a potential terrorist threat; these have included supertankers, product carriers and cruise liners.

At Adroit we typically focus on the operational aspects and implementation of shipping security. Surveys follow International Maritime Organization (IMO) security recommendations. This can only be achieved by having experts sail with the vessel to conduct an in-place review and audit.
